Bu sayfanın Türkçe sürümü için Kullanım Koşulları'na bakın.
These terms govern your use of the Jaunty House platform ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.
1. Scope of the service
The Platform is a cold-email service that helps small and medium-sized businesses reach international B2B buyers: it retrieves prospect (lead) data from verified data sources, drafts personalized emails with AI, and sends those emails on a schedule, with your approval, through the Gmail or Outlook account you connected. Emails are sent from your account, on your behalf — not from Jaunty House's.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating an account, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for every action taken through your account. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Platform you agree that:
- The Platform is used only for legitimate B2B commercial communication; no spam, misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content may be sent.
- You are responsible for the content of the emails you send and for your choice of recipients. Complying with the commercial electronic messaging law of the recipient's country (Law No. 6563 in Türkiye, GDPR/ePrivacy in the EU, CAN-SPAM in the USA, etc.) is your obligation.
- The unsubscribe link the Platform adds to every email may not be removed or disabled; recipients who unsubscribe may not be emailed again.
- No attempt may be made to exceed or disable daily sending limits or security measures.
- The Platform may not be reverse-engineered, copied without authorization, or resold to third parties.
In case of a breach of these rules, including situations such as spam abuse, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with prior notice, or immediately in the event of a serious violation.
4. Third-party services
The Platform integrates with third-party services such as Google (Gmail API), Microsoft (Outlook/Graph), Apollo, Hunter, OpenAI, Supabase, and iyzico. When you connect your Gmail or Outlook account, the relevant provider's own terms of service also apply. Jaunty House cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by outages or changes in those services. Details of how personal data is processed are explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Plans, payment, and cancellation
- The Platform is offered with a free plan and monthly paid subscription plans. Current plan contents and prices are published on the Platform.
- Payments are collected monthly through the iyzico infrastructure; your card details are not stored on Jaunty House servers.
- You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time. On cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the period already paid for; no partial refunds are made.
- Price changes are announced to existing subscribers in advance and take effect in the next billing period.
6. Intellectual property and content
The Platform's software, design, and brand belong to Jaunty House. The campaign content and company information you create belong to you; you may freely use the AI-generated email drafts in your commercial communication. We process your content solely to provide the service.
7. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". There is no guarantee that emails will reach the recipient, will not land in the spam folder, will be opened, or will receive a reply; the accuracy of AI output and the currency of recipient data coming from third-party sources are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaunty House is not liable for indirect damages, and its total liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these terms. After termination, your data is deleted according to the periods explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated when needed. Material changes are announced on the Platform; continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the current terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Central) have jurisdiction over disputes. For questions, you can reach us at info@jauntyhouse.com.
